"This new, high end, modern home is set on 1.4 acres and features endless sunset views. The property is conveniently located between Amagansett village and ocean and bay beaches. Designed by architect Andrew Pollock, the house features extensive use of glass walls and oversized windows to take in the spectacular site. The 4,250 square foot house, plus an additional 1,800 square foot lower level includes seven spacious bedrooms (four upstairs, one on the ground floor and two on the lower level) a large den and 6 1/2 exquisite bathrooms on its three levels. The large living room, dining area and kitchen open to a 2,250 square foot mahogany deck overlooking a 46' x 18' gunite pool with waterfall edges on two sides.
